Norbert Apentibadek
Norbert Apentibadek is the Administration and Human Resource Manager for ACDEP. He has been an invaluable member of the ACDEP team since June 2001, where he started as the Documentation and Publication Officer while concurrently playing the role of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (M&E) until 2004. He assumed responsibilities for managing all ACDEP ICT for development projects, fostering collaborations across various projects and enhancing his understanding of project implementation in field level and communities in 2007.
He served as a driving force in pioneering and implementing initiatives that significantly propelled the organization’s community development goals, with a notable impact on primary healthcare and agriculture. His progression within ACDEP reflects a smooth transition through various roles, ultimately reaching his present position as Administration and Human Resource Manager.
Prior to joining ACDEP, Norbert worked as a Research Officer at the National Commission for Civic Education. Subsequently, he served as a Tutor at the Tamale Technical University.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast, and an MSc in Development Management from the University for Development Studies.
Norbert’s passion lies in strategically managing people to achieve heightened performance, fostering personal growth, and development within the team.
